Arch. KRASSIMIR NIKOLTCHEV possesses extensive knowledge and large professional experience in the field of management, design and investor control for a wide spectrum of designs in the field of construction and infrastructure. Arch. Nikoltchev possesses experience spanning the course of many years in the field of real estate property management, reconstruction and renovation of same, also in the field of sites management and management of representative offices based abroad, also in the capacity as Financial and Administrative Manager. His international experience, including work for the ministry of Foreign Affairs, was accumulated during a term of approximately ten years in a large number of European countries and in the USA. More than five years Arch. Nikoltchev worked in Scandinavia. As independent author or in a team he designed a number of sites at home and abroad. He was the author of a residence complex for the needs of the Diplomatic Corps в Sofia, residential and office buildings.
His designs were used for implementation of new embassy, consulate, and residential buildings in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Thessalonica, reorganizations and reconstructions of existing building fund-property of the Bulgarian state in the Hague, Brussels, New York, and Washington DC. During the past years, Arch. Nikoltchev worked in the field of transport infrastructure. As architect of “Sofia Airport” EAD he was an author of the development concept of existing terminals and conceptual design of Sofia Airport’s implemented reconstruction.
Arch. Vladimir Kopralev is a certified architect since 1992. в UACEG, Sofia. His design experience includes the development and implementation of a number of projects of residential and civil construction. As a member of the design team of the Dutch company NACO and “SKI“ OOD he was a coauthor of the architectural design of a new passenger terminal at Sofia Airport. As an independent author or as a member of a tam he designed “Jeddah International Airport“, “Business Park EXPO”, “Multiplex Azadi Center – Teheran”, “Naval Base Conversion“ – the city of Lorient, France, “Residential Group in Bersi Park”, Paris, “Internatioanl Bus Station“ Sofia, “Hotel Complex Sunny Beach”, “Hotel Complex Pomorie”, Offices and Buildings of Balkan Bank, Hebros Bank, First Private Bank.
Arch. Nikolay Nikoltchev commenced his design activities in 2002, after receiving his diploma form UACEG, Sofia.
He worked consecutively at leading design bureaus and companies. As a member of the design team he worked on projects for “Oazis Villa Complex”, “Mall of Sofia”, ”HIT Supermarket”. His independent project developments include “apartment Buildings for Seasonal Use” - Ravda Village, “Residential Building” – Ravda - Village, “Mixed Office and Residential Building with Stores“ – Plovdiv - City, “Representative Residential Building in Villa Complex“ – Byala - City, interior of CC “Intelsoft” Building, interior of “Bristol Meyers” Company Office, independent villas and residential buildings.
Arch. Irina Krusteva graduates in 2007 at the “Residential Buildings” department at UACEG, Sofia. Her work implements special attention to the detail and the sustainable design principles. Her Experience includes designing family houses, multistory residential buildings and various interiors.
Arch. Stefka Koeva specializes “History and Theory of Architecture” at UACEG, Sofia. Her work delicately combines the contemporary approach with the principles typical of the traditional Bulgarian architecture.
Arch. Dimitar Vassilev graduates in 2007 at the department “Interior and Design” at UACEG, Sofia. His main interest is the design approach in the architecture.
